Compare Domain Traffic

Paste a list of domains and see every monthly visits curve on one chart — who is growing, who peaked, and when each one turned.

Reading the chart

  • Hover any line — or its row in the table — to highlight it and fade the rest. The domain, month and visit count read out above the chart, so nothing covers the curve you are looking at.
  • Click a domain in the table to hide its line; Only isolates a single curve and clicking it again brings the rest back.
  • On the log axis, two lines with the same slope are growing at the same rate even when one sits ten times higher than the other.
  • Colours repeat after 20 domains, so longer lists also vary the line style — dashed, dotted, dash-dot. Match both against the swatch in the table.
  • Of peak is the latest month as a share of the domain's own best month — a site at 100% is still at its high, one at 10% has given back nine tenths of it.
  • Need engagement metrics or the traffic source split for one of these domains? Look it up individually.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the single-domain lookup?
The lookup page shows one domain in full detail — engagement metrics and the ten traffic source shares, month by month. This page trades that detail for breadth: many domains, one metric (monthly visits), plotted on a shared time axis so the shapes can be compared.
Why is the log scale the default?
Portfolios usually span orders of magnitude. On a linear axis a single site with a million visits squashes every other curve flat against the bottom. A log axis compares growth rates instead of absolute size — parallel lines mean the same growth rate, whatever the starting point.
What does a gap in a line mean?
The mirror reported no data for that month. Gaps are drawn as breaks rather than connected, because joining across them would invent a trend that was never measured. Small sites drop in and out of coverage as they cross the estimation threshold.
Why do some domains say "collecting"?
A domain requested for the first time is queued for collection. The page keeps re-checking those domains every few seconds while a collector is online, and the chart fills in as each one lands. Domains already in the store plot immediately.
Where does the data come from?
The same store as the single-domain lookup: monthly visit estimates collected from Similarweb's public web analytics. They are model-based estimates, good for comparing sites and spotting turns, not for billing.
